Definitions

  • Information technology infrastructure providers,
  • Cloud service providers,
  • Data processor service providers.

For transfers abroad, one of the following conditions must be met:

  • Your explicit consent is obtained, or
  • The transfer is made to countries declared as safe by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 of the KVKK,
  • Article 5/2-f of the KVKK, where processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

Your data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your request, carrying out Company activities, improving service processes, and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation.

Application Procedures and Principles

As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK:

  • In accordance with the procedures specified in the “Data Subject Application Form” available on our website https://yoolacosmetics.com/,
  • Via KEP: abbithalat@hs09.kep.tr,
  • Via registered email (non-KEP): info@yoolacosmetics.com (from your email registered in our system),

  • Through a notary public.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. In cases requiring additional costs, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Upon your application, the Company will respond to the following requests:

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • Requesting information regarding processed data,
  • Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • Requesting correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation,
  • Requesting notification of these actions to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to a result arising against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,
  • Requesting a copy of your personal data.
