Commercial Electronic Message Explicit Consent Text

This text constitutes my explicit consent, in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, for Yoola Cosmetics to send me commercial electronic messages and other communications in compliance with applicable legislation. These communications may include announcements of general/special opportunities regarding the services offered, conducting satisfaction surveys related to the services provided, informing me of current developments, sending celebratory messages, sharing presentations and newsletters, and carrying out promotional and advertising activities.

I acknowledge and consent that my contact information, identity information, and marketing information are collected for the purposes of conducting goods/services sales and advertising/campaign/promotion processes; that messages will be sent to me through my preferred communication channel; that I may change my communication preferences at any time; and that I may stop receiving communications without providing any reason by rejecting the option specified in the messages sent to me.

I also consent to receiving commercial electronic messages and other communications via SMS/text messages, automated calls, phone calls, social media and online advertising networks, email, and other electronic communication tools and channels, in compliance with applicable laws.

I hereby declare that I have read and understood this text regarding commercial electronic messages to be sent to me. Within this scope, I give my explicit consent and approval for commercial electronic messages to be sent to me and for my personal data to be shared with domestic and international business partners for these purposes.
